Job Description : CFO AUSTRALIA FOR FINTECH Working closely with the CEO, Board members and C-Suite leaders, this role will impact strategic financial decisions and align to the organisation's overall vision for growth. The business has a strong and reliable brand in the market and the CFO will be instrumental in taking the business through its next phase of growth. Naturally, the CFO will be a strong leader in the finance sector and will be tasked with driving overall finance-related activities alongside the CEO and Board Members. Being an advisor to the business on long-term plans, managing the financial forecasts, M&A activities, capital raising and ensuring business integrity are vital parts of the role. Cashflow management, including foreign exchange and multi-currency transactions. The ideal candidate has experience in a global listed business in the FinTech or Financial Services sector, with a track record in supporting the rapid growth of a business. The ability to collaborate well and influence various stakeholders in order to define and execute a clear strategy is also essential. The CFO will also have proven leadership capability and a track record of building high-performing teams; with the ability to attract and identify great talent.
