Senior Project Manager

Job Description : SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER ANGOLA global player covering multiple projects in the public energy sector, is seeking a Senior Project manager who will be based in Luanda, Angola. This group is responsible for developing high scale electrical projects across the Angolan provinces and are rapidly expanding Reporting to the Director of Construction & Engineering, your objective in this role is to: · Effectively lead large electrical infrastructure projects, consisting of low and high voltage. · You will be the point of contact in managing multiple projects across the provinces of Angola, including cost and budgets · Lead a team of engineers, electrical designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure a successful execution of each project · Responsible for reviewing all electrical project costs, maintenance, subcontractor invoices · Providing technical consultations to clients on project cycle phase from inception to completion · Reviewing project budget costs, and reporting developments to the leadership teams You bring 15 years of Project management experience leading large scale electrical and energy projects across Africa and Europe or South America You are a self-motivated individual and have strong leadership skills Previous experience managing a team of engineers & contractors is a plus BSc degree in the field of Mechanical or Electrical engineering is preferred Previous experience working in Angola is preferred. Fluency in Portuguese and in English is required This role requires relocation to Angola Net expat package + incentives
