Specification Manager

Job Description : LAMINMATION SPECIFICATION MANAGER DUBAI a premium manufacturer of laminates, they are proud of their quality standards and design and their business is growing more than 20% YoY for the past 3 years. · Understand and interpret customer specifications and requirements, and communicate this information to the product development and engineering teams. · Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify and anticipate customer needs, and ensure that products meet or exceed these needs. · Maintain and update product documentation, such as technical data sheets and product specifications. · Coordinate product testing and certification, ensuring that products meet industry standards and regulations. · Track and analyse industry trends and competitor products, and make recommendations for product development and improvement. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and manufacturing, to ensure product development is on schedule and meets customer needs. · Manage relationships with key customers, including providing technical support and addressing customer concerns or complaints. · Continuously improve and streamline processes to ensure products are developed and delivered in an efficient and cost-effective manner. * Degree level within relevant field, or relevant specific experience preferred. * Technical understanding of laminates * Relevant experience of specification management and strong track record in sales * Capable of understanding architectural drawings * Customer technical support
