Group Finance Controller

Job Description : GROUP FC ROTTERDAM HOLLAND focuses on process optimization, digitization, M & A, financial & management reporting, stakeholder management and advice to the Board and shareholders. In the role of Group Financial Controller you act close to the business and you fulfill an important advisory function and pioneering role in the field of digitization, process optimization, M & A (integration), upgrading data analytics and management reporting. This is a challenging and versatile position within a dynamic organization where you will play an important role in the further upscaling and internationalization of the business. The mortgage market is in full swing and complex, which requires a strong financial control function that further makes the organization "future-proof" with a lot of attention for data management & analytics, compliance and digitization. Advising management on financial control & reporting issues; Managing the annual accounts process (follow-up findings, relationship management external auditor); Fulfilling the pioneering role (process optimization, upgrade management reporting, digitization); Coordinating and preparing the consolidated annual accounts (group and operating companies); cash flow management and reporting; Participate in ad-hoc projects (incl. M & A). Completed Finance education (Business Economics and/or Accountancy); From 15 years of relevant experience (financial control and/or Big4 audit); IT skills (systems & processes, data & BI, etc.); Knowledge and experience with regard to financial control, accounting & reporting; Affinity with financial services (experience is not a hard requirement).
