Financial Controller

Job Description : INTERNATIONAL FC OUT OF SINGAPORE The Financial Controller reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for all accounting and financial aspects of the business for the international offices. The individual will be responsible for overseeing the finance team, establishing and maintaining systems and controls that verify the integrity of all systems. · The role reports to the Global CFO. You will play a critical role in financial planning and analysis supporting key management decisions. · You will also be involved in providing operational risk management support to the business and ensuring proper business performance management through profitability and operational analysis. · Assist in the review of all contracts and vendor agreements including sales, equipment leases, Human Resources related, business liability insurance, etc. · Manage payroll and the filing of all required employer and employee tax returns and payments. · Lead the company's relationship with banks, audit firms, and insurance companies. · This is a business-focused role where your inputs will be instrumental to top management strategic planning and decision-making. Some travel will be required. · Relevant Degree in Accounting/Finance · At least 10-12 years of relevant experience in controlling and as a business partner · Detailed oriented and enjoy working in a matrix collaborative environment · Experience working in a Manufacturing/Chemical Production business environment · Ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the organisation and have an impact on decision making · Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, able to communicate clearly and effectively · Experience or nterest in digitalization or BI and visualization tools
