Job Description : COO/PRESIDENT Mumbai Responsible for operations, business development, project execution and people management of ESG advisory & implementation business Support Business Development team to get the right kind of assignments from potential clients Scan the business world to offer services to untapped companies & institutions Assist projects team to implement a wide variety of projects in environment, climate change, sustainability etc. Build the research capabilities of the company to offer one-stop-solutions to clients Get visibility for company through the projects it executes and by participating in industry forums Hire the right professionals, get the best out of people and meet the top & bottom line goals Further build a reliable brand through solid capability enhancement and effective reach to target group Good ESG industry knowledge Right attitude, extrovert and all-rounder, manage team & people, manage day-to-day of company & business, mature, manage stress PG, 20-25 years' experience, Male/female, 45-50 years' of age, Rs. 50-60 lakhs per annum
