Mechanical Engineer Manager

Job Description : : Manager-Mechanical Engineer Candidate must have experience in Edible oil refinery, Boiler, Compressor and generator. LOCATION : Nigeria (West Africa) Job Specification: Responsible for Installation and maintenance of machineries on very high efficient manner. 1- Verify the structural design and calculations submitted by Consultant and suppliers, 2- Able to do equipment installation & Alignments 3- Play major role in plant erection & commissioning activities. 4- Lead the mechanical major B/D in various equipment’s and utilities. 5- Conduct periodical training for all factory staff involved with maintenance of machines. 6- Run periodical performance checks to ensure machines are performing efficiently. 7- Supervise day to day operation & maintenance of Utilities process like Boiler, WHRB, WTP, Compressors and power generators. 8- Should be good in planning of preventive maintenance of the machinery. 9- Efficient in Spare parts planning & inventory control. Education & Skills : B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Working in Project or maintenance head in process industry will give more priorities. Experience: 10-15 years’ Experience. Auto cad knowledge is essential. Working with Plant & WH Steel structure, engineering services Expellers & Solvent Extraction, Edible oil refinery, Boiler, Compressor and generator.
