Production Manager

Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER HDPE RWANDA 12-15 years experience Job Description / Responsibilities 1) Manage the HDPE pipe production factory including production activities, Raw Materials planning and Manpower. 2) Supervise effective maintenance of all machines. 3) Manage a team of more than 30 people. 4) Maintain records and adhere to company standards. Desired profile of the candidate 1) Experience in HDPE/PVC Pipe Industry is essential. 2) Techno commercial experience is essential. 3) Knowledge of MS Office. 4) Team Player. Should have managed a factory of minimum 50 people. 5) Candidates with work experience in East Africa / Middle East will be given preference. 6) Communication in ENGLISH is a must. Knowledge of SWAHILI / any African Language will be advantage. Relevant Industry HDPE / PVC Pipe Manufacturing Industry- Extrusion Process experience. Qualification 1) Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering 2) CIPET certification on Plastic Technology (MUST) 3) Additional Qualification like MBA will be preferred.
