Regional Sales Manager

Job Description : RSM MOROCCO Reliance International Limited (RINL) is a newly establish entity based in Dubai. RINL is fully owned by Reliance Industries Limited in India. RINL has been established to distribute Reliance and non- Reliance polymers. Position: The position is based in Casablanca- Morocco. The Regional sales manager reports directly to the Vice President for Africa based in Dubai. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Meet each country targets in term of profit and volume Implement marketing and sales strategies for long-term plan, Annual plan, Y-O-Y growth Liaise with clients to collect enquiries and put-up commercial quotations Draft sales contracts and supervise the execution of the deal until payment Ensure that payment is on time and that credit policies of the company are implemented and closely monitor. Ensure that all assign duties are carried on timely and efficiency Build strong and reputable RINL brand image in the market through customer visits, ethical business practices and high personal and professional behavior. Gather and share market intelligence to identify new opportunities and generate new leads. Acknowledge complaints and provide feedback / escalate and resolve the issue within the specified time frame Requirements: Fluent French, Arabic and English At least 15 years exp out of which 3 years’ experience in trading (primarily in Polymers but not compulsory) Minimum Bachelor’s in Business Administration / Sales/ Marketing Stakeholder management Good analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills Demonstrated sales / business development capabilities Frequent travel required in the country but also outside
