Job Description : PROCESS ENGINEER NIGERIA 2) Worked on Basic Detailed Engineering of LNG 3) Must have handled various process activities for FEED and EPC projects 4) Prepared Process Design Basis/Philosophies 5) Prepared Heat and Material Balance (HMB) reports Developed Process Flow Diagram (PFD), Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (PID), Material Selection Diagram (MSD) 6) Pump Hydraulics Safety Valve Scenario Identification, Calculations using API 520/521, ASMEB 31 Section VIII standards and Datasheet preparation 7) Prepared Process Datasheets and Instrument Datasheets 8) Prepared Cause Effect (CE) Matrix and Control logic, Line List 9) Interface coordination with client for the review of process engineering deliverables, other engineering disciplines Desired Candidate Profile Required 20 yrs of experience -Candidate shall have worked on all major process engineering activities and calculations. Should understand LNG and gas plants. The exposure to Cracker and petrochemical complex will be an added advantage.
