Job Description : CFO KENYA Safal Group is Africa's largest supplier of Building solutions that offer superior quality and lasting value to millions of customers on the continent. Spread across 8 countries within Africa, the group is into two major product segments: The Safal Coated Steel Businesses manufactures metal and color coated steel specifically produced for use in African conditions. The Safal Building Solutions businesses transform the coated steel into a range of proprietorial products such as sheeting and cladding systems, light steel trusses, decking sheets and entire steel buildings ready to erect on site.What are we looking for: A seasoned finance leader who can partner to grow the business to its next milestone by working with the group team, Kenya team and Business Head while building strong governance, process compliance and business hygiene.The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with the following experiences:a. Finance leadership role/ equivalent role of a mid-sized business in the range of $ 100-200 Mnb. Functional roles across various areas in Financec. Roles involving cross-functional partnering with key areas of Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing Key Focus Areas: Driving the business closely with the business head to provide strategic support and financial partnering. Overall responsibility of the Finance function Financial controlling, audits, finance operations, annual budget planning and compliance cost accounting. Timely reporting, compliance to all local requirements, rolling estimates, CAPEX decisions, ROI on spends. Working with the group team, financial institutes and banks for the treasury function
