Job Description : RELIABILITY ANALYTICS ENGINEER KSA required for world's one of the largest and leading Yanbu, KSA based Corporation Manufacturing Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Innovative Plastics and Metals. Other Requirements: -Required engineering degree. -At least 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry. Purpose Drive SABIC Reliability Analytics through developing, maintaining and revising reliability OMS's and capture relevant world-Class Management Systems & Best practices. Support in building Sites Capability through training, Coaching and mentoring programs. Lead the community of practices and networking across global Reliability community and leverage collaboration power. Develop professionally designed and robust MFG Strategy, monitor the strategy execution and measure the effectiveness of implementation. Support decisions and development/review of equipment strategies through the entire Asset Lifecycle of assets/systems. Provide technical support to implement SABIC manufacturing requirements, drive with other reliability engineers the enhancement of plant reliability/availability of the process assets linked to health improvement plans and provide solutions for areas of improvement based on the stated risks. Measure Manufacturing Performance through conducting assessment and monitor key performance indicators. Leadership: -Leads, creates, and administers the reliability analytics programs to effectively use the reliability analytics tools to increase the reliability and compliance for manufacturing assets/systems. -Develop and drive reliability analytics management for SABIC operating Assets by defining the requirements, and monitoring KPIs, determining gaps and enhance equipment strategies and plans to sustain and improve safety, reliability and availability. -Identify, evaluate and develop Sabic Manufacturing Standards (SMS) & Best Practices (BP) to improve the reliability Requirements. -Develops work instructions/protocols/audit reports to support compliance. Strategy & Planning: -Develop, maintain and revise reliability OMS's and capture relevant world-Class Management Systems & Best practices. -Support Team Lead to develop and manage the short and long term plans with specific deliverables for equipment strategies area. -Develop professionally designed and robust MFG Strategy, monitor the strategy execution and measure the effectiveness of implementation." RISK Management: -Assess and Drive Assets Reliability Risk Discovery Processes -Monitor and Drive Overall Sites/regions assets risks gap closure processes -Champions overall Asset Risks and report area of improvements to the concerns Stakeholders. Execution: -Leading the effective advanced data analysis techniques (e.g. FMEA, Weibull analysis, Probability Distribution, RAM, RGA, Spares Analysis, Production Analysis etc.) -Analyze & Determine effective governors for reliability analytics techniques to enhance equipment strategies, create risk mitigation strategies for critical assets and interface with other Reliability tools like (RCM, RBI, RIS, ACA, ALA,.etc.) -Integrate with MCoE's technical departments to provide/ enhance equipment strategies and technical solutions. -Better utilization of Predictive Maintenance (PdM) Programs at the site through Equipment Strategies -Support SABIC manufacturing in technical audits/assessments/cold eye reviews and remaining life assessment initiatives. -Provide expert knowledge on safety and reliability related programs applicable to SABIC OMS. -Develops engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect plant operations. These problems include capacity, quality, cost or regulatory compliance issues. Performance Management -Drive the effectiveness of Asset Reliability Analytics by defining and monitoring KPIs, determining gaps and identify the potential reliability assets focus for the developing strategies and plans to sustain and improve safety, reliability and availability. -Ensure that the appropriate Maintenance and Reliability metrics are in place throughout the site (asset utilization (OEE), planned/unplanned work, planning/scheduling metrics, cost metrics, MTBF, other reliability analtics KPIs replacement asset value, etc). Knowledge Management -Conduct periodical meetings with Reliability SMEs in order to share learning & knowledge. -Conduct reliability analytics Common theme analysis; generate appropriate recommendations accordingly. -Participate in internal and external technical networks, forums, conferences and committees. -Drive cost reduction and APM initiatives across SABIC. -Work with Regional Asset Support (RAS) team by providing reliability Technical Support to all SABIC affiliates / Sites. -Support SABIC 2025 strategies through Reliability Engineers Networking. -Provide technical leadership and trainings on the use of the reliability analytics techniques. -Develop and maintain a professional, motivated work-team environment. -Develop and delivery of specialized, quality training to SABIC manufacturing engineers globally. -Works closely with corporate manufacturing SMEs and sites to improve knowledge, techniques, and procedures that adversely affect equipment reliability. -Develops & provides training to continue to build the reliability culture and continuously improve. External Collaboration: -Support in creating partnerships with OEMS -Engage with industrial counterpart to build strong platform for collaboration. -Support the growth of Local Contents through efficient engagement with critical Stakeholders and Government Agencies. General: -Support the compliance rowards regulatory requirements. -Manage interface with all corporate functions to drive functional ownership aspects. -Support SABIC Manufacturing initiatives.
