BDMs to take ownership of all business development, CRM & sales functions. Will report to the Country Business Heads. Ideal candidates must demonstrate a high degree of initiative, ownership, and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision. Job Profile 1. Manage clients & critical accounts. Will spearhead end-to-end account management services, including sales and revenue target achievement, sales forecasting and budgeting, cross-product selling, and customer relationship management. Client retention and prompt response to client’s needs and queries are crucial. 2. Deliver sales targets 3. Develop new OEMs, liaise with OEM’s R&D team for new projects/products 4. Resolve technical queries and provide solutions to existing clients 5. Evaluate competitor activity. Candidate Profile 1. Education: Preferably BE + MBA from premier institutes 2. Should have 12-15 years of experience in OEM Business Development for packaging materials (flexible packaging, glass bottles, release paper, etc.) 3. Must have led a team of 2+ offer excellent salaries and career growth prospects.
