Job Description : FC AUSTRALIA Avida RV is family owned business that has been operation for over 55 years and is the largest motor home manufacturer in Australia. As the Financial Controller you will report into the CEO and will manage a small finance team. Due to the size of the finance function this is a hands on role. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of 3 in Finance Oversee the month end financial reports Manage the the budgeting and cash flow reporting process Inventory and margin analysis Preparation of half-year/year-end audit, monthly tax compliance and controls Continuous improvement projects Key Requirements: CA or CPA qualified 15+ years experience in Financial Controller level role Excellent communication skills Intermediate excel skills Experience using Microsoft 365 is advantageous
