National Operations Manager

Job Description : NATIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER AUSTRALIA Reporting into the CEO, the National Operations Manager will be responsible for Operations, Logistics, PH&S, Production Planning, Maintenance and Process. Based in Sydney, the successful candidate will have experience in a similar role with proven leadership capability as well as understand the perishable and seasonal goods environment thoroughly. This exciting opportunity will enable the National Operations Manager to lead and transform the operational efficiency and quality of product for this leading Australian business. Responsibilities: Manage the production, operations and logistics life-cycle Develop forecast and budgets alongside the Financial Controller Ensure food safety requirements and quality standards are met, in-conjunction with ensuring safe working practices are at the centre of each working day Lead, mentor, engage and motivate a team of 6 with 2 direct reports Work closely with sales team to ensure customer expectations and deliveries are met Manage partners nationally to guarantee seamless shipping and cost controlled supply chain Must have experience working with SAP 15+ years experience in a similar role, leading a team Experience working with perishable goods is highly beneficial Attend and present at weekly management meetings
