10 yearsJob Description : FC HOLLAND The Financial Controller is responsible for the provision of financial information within the organization, advises management on financial policy questions from accounting and provides support in the development, implementation and monitoring of finances in general. You are also responsible for the correct financial recording, the Financial Controller also performs regular activities as a financial employee on a daily basis. As a Financial Controller you are accountable to management, you help with analyzes and advice to ensure financial stability. Position in the organisation: The Financial Controller is managed by the Financial Director and manages 2 independent financial employees. Areas of Responsibility Financial reporting: Analysis and planning of financial data. (Assisting in) the preparation of the annual accounts and financial information provision. Financial and tax optimisation: Monitoring optimal working capital solvency. Overseeing correct budgeting within departments. Administration: Responsible for the completeness, correctness and timeliness of the financial administration. Preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Account and Cash Flow Statement. Monitoring the daily liquidity flows. Debtors / creditors: Final check of payments and guarantees of debtors and creditor administration. Invoicing: Checking and processing outgoing and incoming invoices. Timely preparation of billing Managing & Leading: Guaranteeing a qualitative output of the department. Personnel development and strategic personnel planning. Signaling bottlenecks in progress. Safety, Environment and Quality: Following the applicable rules and agreements with regard to safety, health, environmental sustainability and quality. Continuous improvement: Identifies possible points for improvement, optimisations, exemplary behavior and opportunities. Powers The Financial Controller is authorized to take all decisions necessary for proper administration; Management of the financial employees including development and assessment. Your knowledge and experience HBO/WO working and thinking level, background preference Accountancy, Finance & Control, business economics; Minimum 10 years of experience in finance. Excellent knowledge of Excel; Knowledge of various ERP systems; Broad knowledge of financial laws and regulations, guidelines and guidelines; Knowledge of consolidation and administration of multiple BVs.
