About the Corporate IT Division Head Role: You will establish and develop IT System in the company, help to leverage business growth and using technology as the competitive advantage in the business. Key Responsibilities: Be responsible for long-term planning for IT roadmap Develop IT Policy throughout the organisation, including the aspect of data protection, SOP, and IT reliability Develop and centralise software and hardware infrastructure Lead a team of 14 people To succeed in this Corporate IT Division Head role, you must have strong capability in Oracle, network and hardware. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science At least 15 years of experience in the same field Strong capability in Network and Hardware (CISCO or related system) Strong capability in Oracle Strong capability in IT compliance Strong capability in project management
