Operations Director

Job Description : MECHANICAL OPERATIONS DIRECTOR VIETNAM This Operations Director will take the responsibility to overall manage the production & supply chain. This role shall lead green field project to set up new manufacturing site of the company in Vietnam and fully control the operations of the set up site with reporting line toward headquarter. Operations Director shall in charge the current operations and lead green field project to set up new manufacturing site of the company in Vietnam and fully control the operations of the set Establishes strategies and tactics for company operations Ensures compliance with company standards, manage operation budget and cost control Recommends and implements strategic changes in business, product development and operations strategy Builds, develops and manages operation leaders Implements cost effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures and manpower Assesses and builds leadership bench-strength and organisational capabilities as well as creates a collaborative high performance work environment Provides leadership for problem resolution to facilitate operational performance and improved working relationships Promotes and fosters a culture of collaboration, cooperation, employee engagement and communication Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering 10+ Years of hands-on operations experience in a manufacturing and engineering environment managing technical and hourly resources Experience in precision mechanical, CNC, pumper manufacturing Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong leadership capabilities and interpersonal skills
