Chief Technology Officer

Job Description : CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER VIETNAM As a CTO, you'll be responsible for setting up strategy and making technology decisions including monitoring, administering, developing and coordinating the enterprise technology budget. Oversee all technology and technological resources, establish the technology vision, strategies, and growth plans Develop objectives and strategies for the implementation of innovative solutions while optimizing existing applications, systems and information. Leading your team, identifying, comparing, selecting, and implementing technology solutions and partnerships to meet current and future needs. Controlling the developments of annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing and technology operations. Conducting research to remain up-to-date and knowledgeable regarding industry trends and emerging technologies as well as to analyze and improve upon technology standards across the organization. To succeed in this role, you must have at least 10 years as Senior Management positions. A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineer/ Information Technology, or experiences in related fields. At least 10 years with organizational management, process improvement successes, strong financial acumen, successes leading complex contractual relationships, excellent understanding of customer behavior, and keen insights regarding technology and business trends. Good track record in delivering customer-centric tools adding value to the end users while also anticipating internal operational needs and delivering tools that result in value-added services to the organization. Good experience in building high-performing tech teams and working with rapid growth and implementing change. Strategic thinker and effective communicator offering expertise in technological development and the demonstrated ability to implement and execute organizationally.
