10 yearsJob Description : RETAIL LOSS PREVENTION MANAGER DRC 10+ years experience · Lead all audit inventory control activity and report outcome to Accounting and Operations · Analyze audit result and produce reports. Indicate corrective action where needed · Develop and maintain a schedule of store inventory audits and work closely with 3rd party auditors · Develop and maintain ways to optimize inventory control procedures · Conduct spot audits, as necessary, on cash, high value product and procedures · Report to concern HoDs on stock levels, issues etc. · Train Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers on all procedures for counts, finance, inventory/cost control system, etc. · Issue inventory adjustment report weekly in a timely manor · Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time · Maintain fixed assets and Furniture/Fixtures/Equipment expenses · Be in charge of, and initiate, Loss Prevention best practices · Develop and support management's efforts to ensure compliance with corporate Loss Prevention Program expectations and applicable federal and state laws. · Conduct theft investigations as needed through in person interviews or review of security systems · Collect and analyze data on voids, no sales, rebates, refunds, etc. · Develop systems and procedures to minimize losses · Identify and inform management of compliance issues and improvement opportunities as they relate to Loss Prevention through the conduct of daily, weekly and monthly audits. · Issue loss prevention report weekly in a timely manner · Retail loss prevention experience · Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities · Out of state travel, which may include overnight stays · Able to maintain confidentiality in matters involving personnel issues Desired Candidate Profile · Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to communicate and negotiate with a variety of internal and external constituencies. · Strong managerial, planning, organizational, decision-making, interpersonal, analytical, and lateral thinking skills · Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. · Position requires talking, hearing, walking, sedentary work, and visual acuity. · Work is performed in an office setting.
