Job Description : BUSINESS HEAD IVC FOR AGRO CHEMICALS 20+ Years experience Be responsible for the Profit & Loss (P&L) Crop Dr. business in CIV · Develop strategic plans and budgets and lead the implementation for the Crop Dr. business · Manage product and brand registration · Develop procurement and sales for Crop Dr. products · Plan resource requirements, staffing, capital expenditure to achieve the required targets · Ensure operational effectiveness by managing costs, planning and achieving planned turnover and managing stock · Manage relevant external relationships and partnership with key institutions and partners · Build strong relationships with internal sales teams and external distributors · Track market knowledge and information · Manage and develop the Crop Dr. team · Develop and execute product related sales training · Ability to communicate effectively in English and French, both in written and in oral form is required
