Job Description : COO WEST AFRICA OUT OF LEBANON Can consider non Lebanese candidates if profile right The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization. Your primary goal will be to increase our organization's productivity, efficiency, and profitability. You will advise top management on key operational insights as well as provide coaching to employees. Responsibilities Lead the Group's Operations (Retails and Manufacturing) Manage the Shipping and Logistics Department and organize international logistics operations Manage the Clearing and Registration Department Develop and Monitor budgets, forecasts, and demand planning. Overall management of the warehousing and distribution functions and oversee warehouse operations and ensure the standard operating procedure are followed Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement Manage the budgets for each division Revising and assessing the company's quality and efficiency Design and implement policies to promote the company's vision and oversee operations to keep the business on track Track, measure, and benchmark the company's activity to ensure productivity and operational efficiency. Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth Ensure that the company is running in the most efficient way possible by maximizing profits and customer satisfaction Produce annual operation forecasting report and strategy Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations
