Job Description : SALES DIRECTOR OMAN Oman based Trading company, highly trusted in the industry for Air-Condition, Refrigeration & Spare Parts trading. Job Description: Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Review sales proposals, Check customers’ orders placed Create sales orders & issue invoices Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Executives Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or any relevant certificates At least 10 years of experience from refrigeration industry with import & export shipping background Must have strong experience of import and export – B2B Sales Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
