Job Description : PROCESS EXCELLENT MANAGER DRC · Implement the SOP at various business and department levels. · Train all employees and ensure smooth implementation of SOPs. · Regularly conduct audits and ensure that SOPs are followed thoroughly. · Establish positive working relationships at senior levels with functional heads. · Coach, guide, and support the team in order to achieve team, department, and strategic goals. · Support the idea generation initiative across the support function. Desired Candidate Profile · Any graduate with a Six Sigma certified black belt and 10+ years of relevant experience (retail experience or food retail preferred). · Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and project management skills · Six Sigma Black Belt certification is compulsory.
