Job Description : IT HEAD DUBAI Organization is a big corporate group in the automobile and related businesses having its corporate office in Dubai.. Looking for experienced IT professional who can manage the Information technology function for the company at the HO level. Include managing the hardware and software requirements, IT security and ERP. Candidate with Dubai working experience shall be preferred. Roles and Responsibilities Scope of the role also expects expertise in the areas like Budgeting, Planning, Project Management, Program / Delivery Management, PMP Certification, People Management, Project Coordination, Escalation Process, Invoicing, Project Contracting, Documentation, Oracle ERP Implementation expertise, Process Management, preferable knowledge of Product Owner, Possessing AWS experience, Strong in Enterprise Architecture, Integration Methodologies, Solution Architecture, Infrastructure knowledge on ISP, Networking, Firewall, Virtualization Functional Responsibilities: 1. Act as the strategic advisor on all IT related matters to the BOD and the senior leadership team. 2. IT planning for the group to include budgeting for all aspects of IT including hardware and software, licences etc. for all countries. 3. Set up and ensure optimum management of the IT support framework to include issue resolution, SLAs and issue resolution parameters and management reporting. 4. Frame and implement the IT security framework for the organization to include framing of policy and firewalls and anti virus and ransomware protection. 5. Frame the IT budget as per the business plan and ensure costs are managed within the budget for various heads. 6. Provide inputs on technical aspects to the digital marketing and CRM application team. 7. Ensure that ERP implementation is successful, set up governance and application purview and manage the ERP application on a regular basis. 8. Monitor the work of the team and coach and mentor them to help them improve their performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accountable for making all the IT Policies and Implement the same in the Organization. 2. Approvals on all IT Assets ownership. 3. Ownership on the Infrastructure & Applications related responsibilities. 4. Understand the Business need and align to the BODs Vision and act upon accordingly. 5. Maintain Sustainability & Code of Ethics in the Organization. 6. Maintain Vendor Relations properly and guide them at regular intervals. 7. Making sure the IT Operations are smoother in transition. 8. Own the ERP & Any other Applications which are within the Purview of the Enterprise Solutions within the Organization Desired Candidate Profile Candidate should be B.Tech/ BE - Electronics/IT, M.Tech/ ME with 14-16 years with atleast 6 years in team leading role.
