Job Description : COO for a leading European MNC which is investing to advance a sustainable agriculture, good for farmers and society using locally sourced raw material and produce world class products for global market. Job Location-Dubai, UAE Middle East Experience is Must Age-Late 40's Nationality-Open Industry Preference -Agri Commodities/FMCG dealing into Food Products Experience-Minimum 20 years Education-Masters in International Business from Tier-I or Tier-II B-School (IIM-A-B-C) / IIFT / IRMA / MANAGE / Symbiosis . Job Responsibilities: Providing strategic leadership to the company's commodity international trading business preferably in the following commodity group- raw cashew nuts, processed cashew nuts, cocoa beans, coffee, rice, sesame seeds Growing trade in the above agro-commodities at an agreed growth rate. Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures. Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth. Establish policies that promote company culture and vision. Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance , supply chain business etc.) Rationalizing the commodity portfolio with the objective of building competencies and consolidating presence in a few select commodities. Having experience of liasoning with regulatory authorities Strong analytical abilities / Strong People Manager
