Job Description : CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER KENYA The main responsibility is to manage and develop the operational excellence of operations across Africa. Key requirements include: • Min. 20 years in management and 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferable across Africa • Master's Degree level • Experience and skills to handle and/or optimize day-to-day financial tasks across borders including bookkeeping, accounts payables, accounts receivables, tax-optimization, cash-flow management, etc. • A good understanding of drivers in a digital business • Strong entrepreneurial and leadership skills • Have a hands-on approach to problem solving of day to day issues • Strong drive and an ability to work independently and in a team
