Job Description : STORE MANAGER BENIN 12+ years experience 1. Responsible for Process monitoring 2. Responsible for Inventory Management 3. Responsible for not to delay in production due to material issuance 4. Responsible for material unloading and to reduce TAT 5. Corrective analysis for day-to-day issues 6. To ensure smooth process flow in SAP Related activity 7. To ensure safe practices & suitable work -environment to achieve quality standards. 8. Responsible for resources arrangement as per requirement 9. Responsible for the Implementation & Monitoring of 5S, ISO9001:2015,ISO14001:2015 & IATF16949 10. Responsible for timely kitting for production 11. Responsible for all transaction to be done on real time basis, physically as well as in system. 12. Responsible for material movement outside factory 13. Responsible for documentation of RGP/NRGP and to close it n time 14. Responsible for scrap removal and vendor rejection removal 15.Responsible for Logistics /Packaging Process monitoring. 16. Responsible for Dispatch /Packaging planning. 17.To ensure that IMS procedure are understood & followed . 18.Alternate Logistics supplier Development. 19.To Assess the instances of Non -Conformance through document & device means, step to reduce /eliminate them. 20.To ensure safe practices & suitable work -environment to achieve quality standards. 21.To do packaging & Dispatch planning as per required of market or customers/SOP. 22.To ensure & inform all department if packaging & Dispatch schedule changed. 23.To give information of raw material, available in plant or required per production to purchase deptt. 24.Ensure the effectiveness of Quality System procedure. 25. Responsible for maintaining 5S 26. Responsible for making Inventory plan 27. Responsible for providing safe work environment. 28. Responsible for kitting & Posting 29. Responsible for STO 30. Responsible for MRN 31. Responsible for GRN and material allocation 32. Responsible to prepare following reports: a.) Daily MIS b.) Account to Invoice data c.) Pending stock to vendor report d.) Transit material report e.) Shortage/Line return material report Requirements · Any Graduate / Masters in Business Administration from Tier-1 institute · Basic Knowledge of computer operations · Knowledge of SAP · Knowledge of Plant Operations · Transactional knowledge · Knowledge of EHS & OHS Management system and ensure conformance of the system to the requirements of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.Basic Understanding of IATF/ISO requirements · Knowledge of Battery Production Process will be an added advantage · Team Player · Good Written/Verbal communication skill
