Job Description : BUSINESS HEAD WEST AFRICA Division: West Africa Base Location: Lagos, Nigeria Exp: 20+ years Experience of developing and implementing successful business strategy for West Africa (Nigeria, Ghana, Cameron, etc.) which is consistent with the overall strategy and objectives of the company. To provide leadership to the West Africa sales/business development organization to meet or exceed sales and profit targets for the Region. To maximize West Africa business by exploring new business avenues/opening of new markets in the region/ convert opportunistic market to potential markets. To Build and develop an organization that can provide sustainable growth. Assist the marketing department in setting up the marketing strategy for the region. Define the trade channel structure and ensure distribution effectiveness for each market. Develop long-term relationship with senior management within key Business Partners Like Distributors, Key Accounts & also identify strong potential business partners. To identify new channels (example-salon, pharmacy, HORECA) for business growth.
