Commercial Head

Job Description : Commerical Head. Location - Gurgaon Experience - 18 to 20 years Industry- Chemicals Qualification – B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical), MBA/BCOM/CA 1. Plant Commercial Including Finance, ERP, Budgeting, Local Procurement Planning, Supply chain, Accounts Operations, CAPEX, Taxation and Inventory Management. 2. Preparations & Analysis of Annual Operating Plan for the Plant. 3. Responsible for all Export, Import & Forex related work. 4. Monthly forecasting to support Cash Planning, Monthly results compilations and reporting with detailed variance analysis for all the cost lines. 5. Continues tracking and analysis of Variable and Fixed Manufacturing overheads and taking initiatives to control outages. 6. Creation of Bill of Material based on Annual Operating Plan assumptions and communication of the same to Production and Supply Chain to enable effective Production planning. 7. Collaboration with cross functional team. Procurement of Hazardous and mechanical Goods for plant run, Import Knowledge. 8. Arranging for all necessary inspections, approvals and licenses, Preparation of all Reports related to Tax Audit. 9. MEIS Licenses 10. Analysis and evolution of Capex MIS, Compliance and reporting with all Statutory Compliance 11. Any assignments relating to financial accounting, attending Auditors on various matters like FCC and Inventory Control. 12.Handling all vendor related issues including accounts receivable and payment. 13. Preparation & Finalization of Units Profit & Loss A/c. & Balance sheet. 14. DGFT advance authorization 15. Planning for import of raw material 16.Redemption of advance license 17. Cost rationalisation for various cost centres 18.Inventory control monthly, weekly stock taking at plants. 19. Rationalizing transport Cost for domestic & Export shipments. 20. Ensure timely delivery of materials to customers & raw materials to plants. 21. Maintain Inventory of empty cylinders from customers 22. Maintain Inventory of Bromine so that there is no stock out condition. 23. Review of Purchase orders and Goods Inwards and Outwards to ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedure.
