Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER OMAN · Overseeing the flow of cash and financial instruments · Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets and generate MIS and dash boards · Research and analyze financial reports and market trends · Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans. · Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, · Overseeing procurement - Sourcing, buying & hedging of Raw materials & commodities · Planning and directing the activities of staff in branches or departments · Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement · Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports, by using accounting soft wares like ERP/SAP · Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients · Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company · Preparing reports as required by law, regulations or company policies and ensure corporate governance · Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company SKILLS superior analytical skills; leadership skills , employee management; understanding of data privacy standards; solid communication skills, negotiation skills, Advanced understanding of business principles and practices; attention to detail; planning and forecasting skills; critical thinking skills; problem-solving skills; computer skills; multi-tasking abilities; integrity, honesty. QUALIFICATIONS Advanced degree in accounting, - A chartered accountant EXPERIENCE Around 10 years of experience in a senior finance Role
