Job Description : COO MUMBAI FOR FMCG/BEVERAGES MUMBAI, INDIA 20+ years experience · P&L responsibility · Setting up and Executing Organisational Strategy to achieve the company goals & vision. · Creating a organisational structure & building the Senior Leadership Team · Make Capital Allocation Decisions · Making a robust marketing / product launch plan & executing the same. Desired Candidate Profile 1. Experience in handling P&L for VC FUNDED STARTUPS IN FMCG or ALCO-BEV industry. 2. Sound Experience in working with LIQUOR / ALCOHOL or FMCG brands in senior leadership/Management role or above job title is required. 3. Experience in launching Alcohol / Alco-bev / FMCG products in the market from scratch. 4. Should be Passionate about branding and marketing Alco-bev or FMCG products. 5. Entrepreneurship expierence.
