Deputy Maintenance Manager

Job Description : Deputy manager maintenance" for a Reputed Mining & Mineral Processing Company based at Central Africa. Qualification : B.E / B.Tech - Mechanical Experience: 8+Years Location: central Africa Job Details: 1. Interact with Maintenance & Operation Shift In charges to get feedback on pending maintenance jobs with priorities and review Shift Log books & Maintenance records 2. Prepare Checklist for monitoring Equipment healthiness and ensure it is followed in the beginning of each Shift 3. Monitor utilization of manpower to achieve optimum results. Daily Shift wise attendance to be verified. 4. Plan for daily, weekly & monthly Maintenance schedules & activities 5. Prepare preventive maintenance checklist / schedule and ensure its implementation & maintain records 6. Prepare Schedules for Condition monitoring and ensure its implementation 7. Prepare & implement Lubrication plan 8. Corrective & break-down maintenance to be carried out ensuring production loss does not take place 9. Maintain Equipment history Card 10. Arrange & ensure all drawings and documents for Section – 1 is available in hard and soft copy. 11. Monitor the Spares consumption and carry out root cause analysis for Items having abnormal consumption pattern 12. Continuously monitor availability of Spares and raise requirement of Spares from time to time 13. Study repetitive breakdowns and suggest improvements/modifications 14. Prepare SOPs & guidelines for major maintenance activities 15. Training of Operation & Maintenance personnel to ensure safe and efficient operation & maintenance of Equipment. 16. Analyse breakdowns and submit Report for corrective actions 17. Carryout spares planning for all the Sections/Plants and raise Indents
