Job Description : HR MANAGER NIGERIA - MBA-HR with 8 to 12 yrs experience in Manufacturing industry. - Nigeria experience is must - The person would be responsible for Human Resource, Talent Acquisition & Management, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefit, HR Policy PMS, Succession Planning, , Budgeting & Industrial Relations, Labour Relations - Handled the entire gamut of HR operations for on-roll &off -role employees including, Orientation program for new joiners - Ensure that Organizational structure is in line with Business Strategy Provide &Implement plans as per business requirements. - Coordination functional meetings to change management strategy implementation across functional Leadership roles. - Cerpac & STR Visa Matters
