Job Description : FACTORY MANAGER NIGERIA 15+ years experience Distribution of work load to operators in order to achieve daily production target. .Planning day to day production to achieve maximum production. .Organizing daily work at shop floor. .Working on CLF Injection Moulding System of various types of tonnage capacity like TX 750T,400T,230T,120T 285T,225T, Kabra Blown Film Extrusion, Stretch Film Extrusion. .Handling DG Like CATERPILLER 810 KVA, GSW 450 KVA, PERKINS 500 KVA. .Work in hot runner& multi cavity mould& IMC mould. .SPP and SPC monitoring and monthly analysis. .Dimension analysis. .OEE. .SPP&SQC system. .Process Parameter setting, Troubleshooting, M/C maintenance& Maintain 5S at shop floor. Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills : Candidates must be Experience in Production planning Operation working as a factory manager manufacturing planning manpower Handling Good communication skills
