20 yearsJob Description : SALES DIRECTOR AUSTRLIA The Sales Director of this e-commerce giant will be responsible for setting the strategy and driving accountability of a small high performing sales team. The team have a strong existing portfolio of enterprise accounts providing a fantastic foundation for this team to excel off. As Sales Director you will be responsible for developing and implementing the teams sales strategy and leading client education; whilst ultimately ensuring growth in revenue across a portfolio of accounts via a suite of products. You should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business challenges, establish relationships with partners and build analytic models. You thrive on constantly improving the customer experience. Strengthen relationships across your portfolio of account with a focus on C-level engagement Partner with leadership functions across the business Exceed sales goals individually and as a collective Work with product to develop and drive new initiatives Develop team KPI's to drive outcomes Take responsibility of forecasting and product analysis Use data to analyse trends, develop strategy and drive change Extensive experience in Sales (enterprise software, consulting, e-commerce, adverts) Experience leading and managing a small sales team Excellent verbal and written communications skills Experience engaging and managing c-level relationships
