Business Manager

Job Description : BUSINESS MANAGER COLUMBIA Leading Pharmaceutical Chemical Company in Latin America seeks its next Business Manager, to manage the development and sustainable positioning of the company in Colombia. Represent the company before clients and/or entities related to the business; Prepare the strategic development planning of the company in Colombia (business plan); Administration of the sales budget and expenses of the business unit; Guarantee compliance with financial indicators (CM1, EBITDA, VOLUME); Manage the sales team and evaluate their performance; Teamwork with staff from other countries, as peers and direct reports; Development of strategic suppliers and/or new representations in the country; Negotiation of strategic alliances with key clients together with the General Management of the region; Market analysis and trend detection to plan growth in participation of the main products; Responsible for inventory both in planning, purchase, movement, action plans, as well as MTO, MTS, line products, NC and slow moving products; Guarantee compliance with the quality system. Chemical Engineer or career to the end, preferably with an MBA; Experience of 10 years in management positions, mainly in the planning and assembly of companies ; Experience building, training and guiding sales teams; Experience in negotiation, closing and advising clients; Knowledge in the search, interpretation and analysis of information sources; Sensitivity in dealing with suppliers and customers; Relationship with the pharmaceutical market and its suppliers; Advanced English.
