Job Description : INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING MANAGER THAILAND A world’s leading automotive parts supplier is seeking a high-calibre Industrial Engineering Manager (x 1 vacancy) based in Rayong to drive their manufacturing operations towards sustainable improvement and ensure smooth manufacturing operations of the plant. Reporting to Site Operations Manager, you will take the lead providing direction to all engineering aspects including resource development & allocation to support new business, launch management, process engineering improvement, and manufacturing support. This role offers a competitive base salary with health insurance and provident fund. Drive continuous improvement projects and develop best practices in the plant using the best available tools and methodologies Resource development and allocation to support new business, VA/VE activities, and cooperate for suppliers sourcing & selection process Support launching new products to mass production Lead technical plant VA/VE activity to meet customer requirement, and drive continuous improvement project within the department and across the plant Deploy global tools, and ensure the workplace condition meet the safety standard and meet environment’s requirement Ensure the workplace condition meet the safety standard and meet environment’s requirements To succeed in this role, you must have the ability to lead and unite effectively and possess a keen understanding of automotive manufacturing operations for multinational organisation. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with master’s degree is a plus At least 10 years’ engineering management experience with an international manufacturer Great communication and presentation skills Direct & practical experience in manufacturing process and lean manufacturing with solid supply chain knowledge is an advantage Fluent English and Thai due to the nature of business
