10 yearsJob Description : Sales Manager - Modern Trade, Oman (FMCG) This is an excellent opportunity with a multinational FMCG business Job scope: - Key Account Management Experience: Looking for a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience managing key account customers at a head office level, including Carrefour, Lulu, Al Meera, Sultan Center, and other Tier 1 accounts. - Sales Team Leadership: A successful track record of leading a sales team, setting goals, and driving performance to achieve business targets. - Contract Negotiations: Strong negotiation skills and experience negotiating annual contracts, BDA's, Joint Business Plans, and other key commercial agreements. - Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of the FMCG sector, with a focus on modern trade and an understanding of the market dynamics and customer needs in Oman. - Results-Driven: A proven track record of delivering results, with a focus on growing market share, improving customer relationships, and achieving business goals. Experience desired: - A minimum of 10+ years of experience in a sales management role, with a focus on modern trade and key account management, ideally in Oman Hands-On Skills: - Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and tools. Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and customer data to inform sales strategies. - Proven experience managing budgets, forecasting, and reporting on sales performance. - Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools to manage sales data and customer information. - Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, partners, and team members.
