Maintenance Head

Job Description : HEAD Responsible for all Manufacturing, Planning and Maintenance of the Printing Machines. EAST AFRICA Initiative plans and processes to minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, facilities and materials. Establish group and individual accountabilities throughout the departments for problem solving and cost reduction. Work scheduling for workers. Improve manpower utilization within existing departments and processes. Continually improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes. Desired Candidate Profile · Diploma/Degree in Textile Chemistry from a reputed institute. · At least 10 years experience in textile fabric printing and minimum 5 years experience as Deputy Manager post. · Must have experience on fully automatic flat bed printing machines. · Knowledge of Camouflage Printing with combination of disperse and procian style on polyester and cotton fabrics. · New Design development and sampling. · Additional digital printing experience is desirable.
