Chief Executive Officer

Job Description : - CEO for a leading FMCG (Personal Care) manufacturing and distribution company based in the East African region. - 15 + years of overall Senior Management experience with a minimum of 5 years in a senior managerial and leadership role within a well-established FMCG company. - Proven successful work experience and track record in managing an enterprise with manufacturing and distribution set up. - Must have good financial skills to direct the daily operations, review financial reports and determine corrective actions as necessary. - Also possess good skills to manage / direct the entire supply chain aspects along with operations. - Experience in personal care / oral care products will be desirable - Ability to supervise and train team members. Problem-solving attitude. - Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with others. - Self-directed, organized, and highly motivated and dynamic individual who has the ability to work efficiently, manage multiple priorities and accomplish tasks within identified timeframes with minimum supervision. - A Masters, or MBA or Post-graduate Management degree along with BE / BTech from reputed institutes is a major asset.
