12 yearsJob Description : CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER OMAN Develop a holistic and regular performance assessment system of the commercial function of OFM and its affiliates. Establish the short-term plans and long-term commercial strategy using macro and microeconomics indicators to support the achievement of Oman Flour Mills’ and its affiliates strategic objectives. Ensure Oman Flour Mills’ vision and objectives, products-quality and image are properly positioned among the stakeholder and consumers. Developing the commercial monitoring strategy of OFM’s and its affiliates in order to increase product presence in the wide and diverse markets. Develop and implement the marketing strategy by evaluating macro and micro market trends and implementing sustainable marketing assessment long-term plans to assure the brand presence in different markets. Develop and implement a system/structure for gathering intelligence, monitoring and analyzing markets related to Oman Flour Mills and affiliates’ interest with input from other departments and other functions and a process for sharing the insights. Develop the commercial plans using global indicators, market performance, economic variables and market trends. Direct the strategic Brand value, equity, loyalty and pride locally and internationally. Direct and conduct brand awareness, develop strategic promotional plans and approve marketing campaigns to attract existing and potential customers in order to increase sales revenues and improve the company's profitability. Manage and build strong commercial relationships with key stakeholders, large and retail customers, partners, private and governmental authorities, in addition to internal stakeholders. Provide permanent awareness, advise and knowledge sharing to the executive management team to reinforce corporate actions regarding commercial approach including production, legal and financial aspects. Lead the development and execution of the marketing performance of Flour Mills and its affiliates products/portfolio’s Mid-Term and long-term strategic plan in alignment with the Company’s strategy. Provide comprehensive commercial reports including financial and commercial indicators, budgeting, cost-effectiveness and return of investment regarding marketing and sales. Experience: The position requires 12 + years of progressive hands-on experience in different functional commercial (Sales & Marketing) positions up to leadership roles of complex business. Marketing leadership experience in complex, multinational businesses Experience in emerging/new products sales and marketing Strong experience in commercial strategic planning Strong experience in sales reporting and monitoring Strong experience in national and international marketing strategy
