Job Description : VP TELCO SALES UAE Salary – 40-50K AED/month + family insurance + yearly bonus Required Knowledge/Experience: · A Master’s degree in business administration is preferable · 10-15 years of Telecom & Managed Services experience in the region · Driving license and car availability · Strong communication, interpersonal, public speaking, and leadership skills · Demonstrate ability and proven track record in strategy-building and implementation · High degree of initiative, maturity and positivity and ability to self-manage with minimal supervision · An innovative and motivational mentality · Excellent management, decision-making, problem-solving and organizational skills · Confident and goal oriented Core Competencies: · Global and Strategic Vision · Strategic Planning/Analysis · Customer Management · Revenue Generation · Enterprise Solution Selling · Market Research and Analysis · Third Parties’ Management · Sales Pipeline Management · Developing & Implementing Marketing and Sales Strategies · Business Networking · Sales Forecast Management · Stakeholder Management · Training and Development · People Development · Business Presentations · Leadership and Team Building Key Responsibilities – Sales: · Structure and Manage sales plan and strategies with clear KPIs and targets for the team and dept in line with Group objectives · Promote and sell products and services to target markets to meet their needs and to achieve the sales targets and revenue budgets · Strategic partnerships with key regional accounts and Channel sales to grow the Telecom and Managed service client base · Maintain a pro-active and creative approach to sales opportunities, emerging territories · Client visits/meetings to establish solid relationship and business Key Responsibilities – Customer Relationship: · Build trust, social activities & public relations with key account clients · Promote the company’s image through attitude, professionalism, knowledge, customer orientation and responsiveness to client’s needs · Addressing customer service issues as raised by the client by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion Key Responsibilities – Market Knowledge: · Ensure Kalaam’s brand growth in the region · An in-depth understanding of Telecom and Managed Services in the MENA region · Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends. Generate sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets · Build a good knowledge of the market environment in which the client is operating and ensure timely reporting on market intelligence · Keep an open eye on the market to detect any threats from competitors and identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators Key Responsibilities – Strategies & Key Initiatives: · Working with the senior executive team on strategy and reporting on key metrics requirements · Developing a global GTM and sales strategy that will ensure profitability and customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities – Resource Management: · Managed team of Sales Account Managers, Presales and Service Management · Managing resource allocation and handle conflicts Key Responsibilities – Reporting: · Provide timely sales reporting and feedback to the management · Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system · Performs reports as assigned by Group CEO Key Responsibilities – Lead & Manage: · A team comprising of sales and operations in the execution of their duties and responsibilities, contributing to sales and strategic business development and to effectively meet the department objectives and goals · Set performance and financial goals and attain them through team direction and management · Assess, evaluate and report on overall team and individual team member performance Key Responsibilities – Operations: · Supervise the daily operations and ensuring that all process and procedures are current and followed, in having the department work efficiently with internal and external stakeholders Key Responsibilities – Audit & Compliance: · Ensure compliance with company policies and local, regional, and governmental regulations. Responsible for the department internal and external audit We are looking for a meticulous Vice President to play a significant role to develop & manage the growth strategy, providing focus for new & existing customers toward the achievement of market presence and revenue targets. Manages the functional strategies, budgets/ policies/ procedures in line with company objectives. Define and work on the sales plan, manage & develop existing accounts and work on acquiring new accounts by networking, CxO level engagement and other means of generating interest from potential clients. Maintain direct relation with key/ large accounts, Hyperscalers, Cloud Providers and provide adequate reporting. Must develop a rapport with clients and provide support that will continually improve the relationship and develop a healthy business for the GEBU dept. This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company’s competitors.
