Logistics Manager

Job Description : LOGISTICS MANAGER DUBAI for a leading Engineering, Contracting and Construction Company involved in Oil & Gas EPC Projects in UAE. -Select carriers and negotiate & establish contracts and rates for domestic and International transportation. -Negotiate transportation rates or services with experience of handling transportation of Heavy Skids and Structural. -Knowledge and exposure with Import -Export norms and formalities with capability of liaising with various agencies. -Total Co-ordination of multiple shipment-in line with Project requirement. -Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries. -Supervise logistics, warehouse, transportation -Coordinates Shipments with all concerned parties -Organize warehouse, plot routes, and process shipments. -Research ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers. -Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations. -Evaluate budgets and expenditures. -Ensure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements. -Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field. -A minimum of 10 to 12 years’ experience in a similar role. -In-depth knowledge of the Shipping, Transportation and Logistics. -Good analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities. -Good verbal and written communication skills.
