Job Description : ICT HEAD NIGERIA 20+ years experience · Responsible for the management, implementation, and usability of information and communication technologies. · Oversees the people processes and technologies within Group's ICT organization to ensure desire outcomes that support the goals of the business · Map out ICT strategy and ICT policy of Group companies. The ICT strategy covers future-proofing, cost effective latest technology finding in-line with business needs. · Planning, deploying and maintaining ICT systems and operations. Managing ICT staff and developing department goals. Developing and overseeing the IT budget. · To initiate, develop and manage cyber security strategy. Contributing to all ICT operations to ensure security measures. Improvising organizations cyber security posture by technology, training, SOPs and policies. Guiding end-to-end cyber security operations and projects. · Managing the technology & Apps needs. Desired Candidate Profile · Effective Communicator, Champion of Creativity and Innova-tion, Emotionally Intelligent, Data Strategist, Business process under-standing. Process oriented, Crisis and change management, an impec-cable knowledge of IT and the general technical landscape, Business Apps and process familiarity like ERP, F&A, WMS, SCM, SRM, HRMS and core. Infrastructure and communication setups Server, Firewalls, Proficiency with operating systems and network security protocols, Un-derstanding of Cybersecurity products and technologies. · The Art Of Delegation, Team Building and People Manage-ment, Ability to see the big picture, Problem solving skills, Analytical skills, Policy development and administration.
