Job Description : SITE DIRECTOR, TPM & RELIABILITY ENGINEERING (Mercedes Supplier, Tuscaloosa area). While not a turnaround, this plant is struggling with OEE, MTTR, MTBF as they are very "reactionary" in nature. VP/GM is looking to develop TPM program internally. -$145-$160k base salary plus 20% bonus -1,000+ employee non-union multi-plant campus
