Job Description : CFO NEW ZELAND The company is based in Horowhenua and also operates from Vietnam and Taiwan, working with suppliers and customers throughout Asia, Europe and North America. It utilizes world-leading manufacturing technology to supply product to many market-leading consumer brands. It is on a growth trajectory and has already been acknowledged internationally for its innovation. On its behalf we seek to recruit a strategically oriented, high energy and commercially savvy Chief Financial Officer to work closely with the Chief Executive to drive this growth. Working closely with the long-standing Chief Executive, the overall objective of the role is to; Bring a very strong strategic focus to the development of the business, Actively manage the business cash-flow, funds and foreign exchange activities and all the associated risks, Oversee the business’ insurance needs and ensuring it meets its tax obligations, Ensure the financial and management reporting is delivered in a timely manner for the Chief Executive and the Board, Continue to develop reports that enhance and inform good business decisions as a key member of the management team. About the person The role will suit a person who enjoys the cut and thrust of business and who; Brings demonstrated experience in a dynamic, fast-moving operating environment with lots of moving parts, Brings sound experience of bringing strategic financial stewardship to a complex, medium-sized international business, Has experience in negotiating and navigating international contracts, Has top draw communications and presentation skills, Lots of drive, initiative, a real can-do attitude, and, a strong achievement orientation.
