Maintaining standards and building relationships with manufacturers and dealer principles across multiple sites and locations. Helping the business shape, track and measure customer opinion. The right candidate will have the ability to focus their corporate innovations, growth strategies and new technology investment where they will have the biggest impact. The successful candidate will be an inspirational leader with strong commercial and financial abilities. An experienced automotive Group General Manager, Country Manager or Managing Director Automotive industry experience is essential Dynamic leadership with the relationship skills do deal positively with manufacturers and dealerships alike. Strong new car sales, used car and after-sales experience Experience of maintaining positively performing brands as well as market entry of new brands. Understands automotive stock control and inventory Experience of improving service and Ability to re-locate Strong financial acumen, a qualified accountant will be beneficial.
