15 yearsJob Description : Regional Sales Director / Telecoms – KENYA a leading communications innovator (FTSE 250) to identify and attract a Regional Sales Director due to growth. The individual will work in the Commercial Department reporting to the Group Sales Director based in either London, Dubai or one of the clients existing markets in Africa or the Middle East. The Regional Sales Director, will lead a diverse range of activities with a key focus on managing: New customer negotiations (identification, qualification, negotiation and on boarding) Existing customer contract renewals Reponses to Request for Proposals (RFP’s) Developing, proposing, and implementing strategic sales strategies for the full range of products Leading on any other key high value strategic sales opportunities across our markets as required Supporting and partnering with sales teams in existing markets to effectively execute our strategy The successful Sales Director should have: 15+ years’ experience in within an existing Infrastructure heavy business ideally related to Communications or Telecoms Experience managing, negotiating, and developing Master Lease Agreements Experience of working in emerging markets preferably Africa and / or the Middle East Management experience Language skills
