Job Description : PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR GHANA FOR TISSUE PAPER Responsible for supervision of daily production of tissues converting machine roll towel, table napkins, tissues, wipes, etc. To lead the day to day production across all product categories. To ensure daily production quality and wastage control. To ensure day to day manpower planning, work allocation, and resource optimization. To assist in new product development and packaging design. To guide the store in charge/production engineer in the daily upkeep of stores and raw material inventory. To troubleshoot the problems and execute analysis for repetitive problems. Handling the manpower working on machines & in the packaging section. Candidate Profile:- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Experience: 10 years of experience in the tissue paper converting industry including working with the converting equipment
